Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a fantastic location with a beautiful garden exit, offering a touch of class. The rooms need a makeover and lack some essential amenities like air conditioning and cold water in the bath/shower, which can be inconvenient. However, the location is amazing, clean, and spacious.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, with a massive bed, settee, and TV. However, the rooms can get excessively hot despite adjusting the thermostat. The service was wonderful, and the staff went out of their way to assist with selecting vegetables and more. The location is great, close to Solihull town center and shopping areas, but noise from a nearby pub can be a downside. Dining was satisfactory, although some breakfast issues were experienced.
The hotel offers a unique split-level room layout with a bedroom upstairs and a cozy lounge downstairs. While some areas need a touch-up, the wheelchair accessibility around the bed is convenient. The service is exceptional with a very helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal for those who prefer nearby dining options and easy access to high street shops. The dining selection, although limited, can be pricey, but the close proximity to various restaurants makes up for it.
